Creative Data
Solutions, Inc. enabled the St. Johns County Civil and
Juvenile department to achieve four main goals in implementing
a Case Management System.
Those goals were:
- Increase Productivity
- To provide accurate state reports according
the laws governing the state of Florida on a timely
basis
- To provide a flexible user-definable system
to its
end-users
- To enable all departments within the courthouse
to share pertinent information about the persons and
cases stored within the County’s Case Management
System.
For the project period of January 1, 2006 through
February 7, 2007, Creative Data Solutions, Inc.
worked alongside employees of St. Johns County
Clerk of Court to develop business rules, perform
unit testing, data validation, and training.
The project was completed successfully, on schedule
and within budget. The system is currently being
used by over 30 Clerk’s staff.
The St. Johns County Juvenile Dependency sub-department
has reported an estimated 80% increase in productivity.
